BILLIE 5

Billie Olela is a Melbourne-based Gospel singer with a lot of talents and a deep passion for the Gospel. After spending many years developing her singing talent as a lead singer at a local church, Billie has recently decided to embark on a solo career and is launching her first Album on 5 August 2016 at The Palms, a spectacular venue inside the iconic Crown Casino.

Billie says that she is very excited about the opportunity to bring Gospel music inside the prestigious Melbourne venue and she hopes the sound of her music will reverberate through the walls and touch many hearts.

The Album to be launched is titled “The Sound of Heaven”. Billie says that “the project was birthed out of a deep relationship with God and an intense desire to sing out about the extravagance of God’s affection for us and to showcase His Glory with a strong voice” she says.

“When you listen to this music, you will suddenly find yourself submerged in God’s presence which overflows with healing, peace, joy and the power to change your destiny for the better”

The album contains a mix of deep soulful sounds as well as happy upbeat songs that will not only  keep you dancing all day long, but at the same time invite you to lift your arms towards Heaven.

Billie’s concert is set to make history even before she sets her feet on the stage. It will be the first Gospel music concert to be performed at Crown Casino since its inauguration in 1997.

Tickets for the concerts are now available through Ticketmaster for $35.64.
