It is that that time of the year, time for the end of the year awards and time for the 6th edition of AFroshine Australia Awards, the only national awards program for African-Australian communities around the country.
Afroshine awards seek to highlight great stories of excellence and altruistic contributions by and from African individuals and organisations in Australia.
It is about recognising the value that many African people add to the development of Australia and tell a different story from what generally transpires through mainstream media publications.
