Melbourne University’s African students association “AFRIKA” talks about their recent forum on African issues

AFRIKA is an student society that brings together african students from Melbourne university . This body, currently managed by two young, energetic and smart girls organised a forum to talk about issues affecting africans in Melbourne. The forum was well attended and the panel included Tim Cartwright (VicPol), Yasmin Hassan (youth commissioner VMC), Berhan Ahmed (ATT), Abeselom Nega(Iempower) and Karen Toohey (Equal opportunity and human right commissioner).
