The Ugandan Community of Victoria recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of their country of origin. The event was well attended, bringing Ugandan from different ethnic groups together to celebrate their culture. VIP guests included Mr Chin Tan, the Chairperson of the Victoria Multicultural Commission (VMC), Ms Marion Lau Oam, the Deputy Chairperson of the Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria (ECCV) and the Enock Nkuruho, the Ugandan High Commissioner in Australia.
