African Australian Inclusion Program makes a difference in the community

Rebecca Kotow is from the National Australian Bank (NAB) and he spoke to AMA about the African Australian Inclusion Program (AAIP),  a program that  gives corporate exposure and experience to qualified Africans for six months (paid) to boost their chances of obtaining employment. The program  is run in partnership between the NAB and Jesuit Social Services (JSS). Many African  have reported being overly satisfied with this program, which has helped to secure employment for over 80% of the participants, most of whom have been retained by the NAB.
