Melbourne’s Christian community to celebrate Jesus Festival

 The Inaugural Jesus Festival Melbourne (JFM) 2016 will take place on Saturday, May 14th at Footscray Park, in Melbourne West. This Christian event seeks to celebrate Jesus as Lord and saviour and the work he has done in the lives of the believers. The theme of the one-day festival “Multicultural Praise and Worship” and the festival will seek  to highlight the contribution of multicultural churches in Australia’s Christianity.  This is a whole day family friendly event with plenty of praise and worship music and dance, kids entertainment, food and much more. JFM 2016 will feature multicultural praise and worship from different Christian choirs, bands and solo performers. 

Christians from all denominations are invited to participate. Churches and ministries are invited to register and participate. Stalls and tables will be provided to different churches to promote their work to the attending crowd. Choirs, bands and solo Performers are also invited to participate and they register on JFM website www.jesusfestivalmelbourne.org 

The festival is free and open to all, including non-Christian members of the community. 

Many denominations but one Lord and saviour.
