Police are urgently seeking public assistance to help locate 11-year-old African-Austradlian girls named Chatuer, who has been reported missing from Melbourne’s south-east.
Chatuer was last seen at her home in Springvale South at approximately 2:30am Thursday 19 February 2026.
Authorities have confirmed she is known to frequent the Frankston area.
Due to her young age, police and her family hold serious concerns for her welfare and are urging the community to remain alert and share this information widely across networks.
Anyone who has seen Chatuer or who may have information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Victoria Policeimmediately.
