AMA’s CS Sharady catches up with the chairperson of the Victorian Multicultural committee (VMC) at  the Ugandan independence day party in Prahran Melbourne. VMC is an important organisation that many african groups/communities/associations in Victoria rely on to receive financial support for their cultural activities.
