Here are the things I would recommend
 
1. Please take 5 minutes to go through the conference site to get familiar with the objectives
2. Have a word with the Matthew Guy or his office to get him to attend
3. See if any of your contact with the federal minister of communication to see if he can attend or send a high level bureaucrat
4. Help to invite someone from SBS board
5. See if any of your contacts may help to get one person from ACMA 
6. Help to get someone from IPA
7. Help find someone high level at ABC
8. Help invite the state director of immigration 
9. Help secure Z.TV director to attend (Neraj Nandasat)
10. I will communicate with Winston Chow  and Daniel Chang to help engage with Asian communities
11. See if you can help engage any high level representative of the Islamic council.
12. Help engage with RMIT for their media centre
13. Prepare a 10 minutes max speech for the conference, I will send you some information regarding what you may cover
14. Help organise one other indian Woman who is either in the media sector or an active community person who is good in talking and promoting the interest of the community
 
Sorry the list is long, but this is just to give you a picture of the things go do and we will tackle them strategically to achieve them all
